Hello everyone, quick question. My car is a '15 Premium Package ."Not Performance Pack"
I'd like to add the dash trim and gauges from a Performance Package car to mine. I really like the look of that and I've seen that I can buy used sets of the trim and gauges on line.
My question is: Is there an unused harness already in my dash that I can plug it in to? "Plug and Play"?

very unlikely. Ford grew some extra brain cells when they got around to the MY19 such that they put the same harness in all cars.

It be nice if you could angle them toward the driver.
In my older cars, I used autometer gauge angle mounting rings. to aim the gauges .

Why not just get the PP trim panel and mount your own gauges of your choice. Then the gauges will be a lot more accurate than the factory PP gauges. The holes in the PP trim panel are just big enough for a standard 2.125" gauge BTW

Yeah I know. I just really wanted the factory look that works with the "My Color" options but with the Ecoboost vac/boost gauge since my 5.0 is supercharged. I was hoping that there was an unused plug/harness in the dash so it would be simple as acquiring the trim panel and gauges and doing it myself.
Never that easy. LOL

The 2019+ are plug-n-play? That would be great. Any programming needed?

Thanks,

Scott

If you already have a PP1/2, bullitt, or mach 1 car then the ecoboost gauge pack is plug n play, ford racing actually has the eco gauge pack listed in their parts catalog as it is a real easy and common swap. But if not then it's a little more complicated. Just because you install the factory gauge cluster doesn't mean it will actually work. You have to enable it thru forscan. Look up member canyon ed, he did this conversion on his regular GT convertible and got it to work.
