You don't need to use a dremel to open up the grill. If you remove the bumper and grill from the car, its actually easier and cleaner to grind/sand off the solid backside of the grill to open up all the honeycombs. Your basically removing the solid back surface of the grill leaving only the...

My car is supercharged so no the G2s don't handle that much power well. I also have an extra pair of matching 11 inch rear wheels with Nitto 555r2 drag radials. I run those when I'm feeling frisky or at the track.

Yes those sizes should fit fine with the mach 1 wheels on your base GT.

I run Nitto 555 G2's 285/35 and 305/35 on my 10/11" staggered street settup. Perfect fit.

I use the Ford Performance as well. I had to reroute the washer fluid line from harms way once I realized there was an issue. Easy Peasy!
