Does anyone who has the APR Splitter for the PP have any recommendations on modifications to make so the brake duct cooling isn't blocked? I bought an APR splitter and I'm waiting to have it installed, but I'm kinda concerned about the splitter blocking the brake ducts. I contacted APR and they said that the duct's have to be blocked in order for the splitter to be fully functional.

I was curious about this myself. Makes me wonder how those ducts reduce splitter effectiveness since many supercars have similar ducts around the front wheels.

nothing you can do... Well you could knock out your fog lights and build a new brake cooling duct, but unless you are a track day person that is overkill.

There will still be some air flow and unless you are a track day person I am not sure what you are worried about. Daily driving or even spirited driving those little ducts add almost no value.

I have the APR splitter and converted my whole front end to the performance pack (belly pan, splitter, other misc.) and never saw any benefits prior to adding the splitter. Subsequently I saw no negative impacts after the splitter and I do lean on my brakes hard!

You will be fine, no worries...
