Not to start a who is the "best tuner" debate because I know that will not solve anything but I am looking to spend around $1k on some go fast parts. It seems as though the nGuage w/ Lund FF tune is the way to go but for $650 I can get an Steeda intake and SCT X4 along with their custom tuning. Ethanol gas is pretty abundant where I live so I am leaning towards Lund. Also I know Livernoise offers the FF tune but shortly after making the announcement about it I never see anything on the forums about it. I've done so much reading and it really sounds like Lund is the best way to go but thought I would get everyone's advice before making a purchase.

I'm pretty new, too, but based on the advice around here I think I will be going with Lund when the time comes.

Lund and Ngauge forsure...CAI offers minimal added HP.

Decide what you want to do with the rest of the money, perhaps on suspension or better tires.

Get the Steeda trans mount insert and Steeda sub-frame connectors. 170 thermostat also.

Unless you think you'll need to be viewing multiple engine parameters you would save some money by getting the SCT vs the NGauge. You can get a Lund tune with either...and contrary to what's posted, you can indeed gain power with a CAI. Some folks just don't want to believe it. So with an SCT and tune you'd have enough for a CAI or perhaps you may replace the stock resonator and go with an X or H pipe.

Gotcha, I had an X4 on my 11 SS and liked it but I figured for $50 more might as well get the nGauge. Also I forgot to add that I already have a MBRP Race exhaust. Thanks everyone, it's seems there no debating on going with Lund's FF tune.
