I got tracking numbers this morning. Took exactly a week. Another guy on fb got his yesterday. I think they were just busy with black friday orders

Yea they can be a little "iffy" when it comes to honesty and transparency regarding when they ship; I waited it out and I dont regret the end product.

I ordered my wheels, with custom center caps, in Mid September 2021.
At the time, they were pretty clear that they were on backorder and it would take a few months.

Ended up getting the wheels in early February this year, but the center caps somehow weren't done.

It took them until mid May to get my center caps to me; I feel like they didn't start work on the caps until after they shipped the wheels.

I felt like Ozzy kept giving me the run around when I would have rather he just be flat out honest even if it's not what I wanted to hear...

In the end I'm really happy with the wheels and caps, and they went out of their way to get me tires that I wanted that weren't on the website... so I'm a satisfied customer; but I would recommend patience to anyone ordering from them... Just hit em with the occasional email and ask for an update.

Honestly, they should be straights up with you and be upfront with the time frame. Realistically they are made in China and those boats are slow and cramped. I waited for 4 months for my BC custom two piece wheels to be made in Taiwan and they are beautiful. So its winter time now, if they are a great price just wait it out. But dont go past the time frame for reporting them as fraudulant if needed to your CC company. Good Luck

I reached out to them a while back, Eric responded right away and just by luck I reached out about a week before they got a massive shipment. They told me when the rims would be ready, I showed up that day and picked up my wheels. Eric answered all my questions, threw in some swag and I love my wheels.

Satin Graphite? Thats what I ordered. I was told they were all shipped in gloss black and needed to be finished in the color I ordered which would go out next week. If they look like that I will be happy.

My wheels arrived yesterday. Oz was pretty straight forward. I pre-ordered with 3 weeks until they were in stock. They received them around 3 weeks. Apparently they all arrived in gloss black. My boxes stated that. Oz let me know when they arrived and when the new finish was done. They shipped out last Friday and arrived this Wednesday (Cali to Va). Center caps and lugnuts as well. I am satisfied.
