What is the difference n the Deluxe vs the "Production Stats"? I see the breakdown of "1 of X-many" in both examples.
TBH, I don't know what the differences are, I've never used their services.

That’s the one. I emailed them and called them and they said nowhere anytime soon especially on anything other than a GT500. I think it’s ridiculous that these companies like Ford can’t release production numbers by color and style. It really makes you not wanna buy one if you don’t know what you got. That’s just me.
It’s not surprising that they don’t offer that for every vehicle that they make. For them, that would be an extreme about of money in resources and most owners wouldn’t expect it. It’s only certain Ford Performance Vehicles that they go through the effort to break everything down and then offer it for purchase in Supplemental Owners Packet on Fordshowparts.com. It’s expected from those owners because they have a chassis number and they received the Owner’s Packet shortly after purchasing that car which included memorabilia and a certificate of year and model of the production run. I wouldn’t expect to find out the production numbers of my ‘19 PP2, maybe down the road it may become available in a book, but I wouldn’t expect to ever know.

Each to their own, but if you are willing to walk away from purchasing a cool high performance vehicle of your choice just because you don't have access to detailed production numbers, really don't know what to say after that.

Maybe I worded it wrong. It’s not about the car, I would still buy it. It’s about bringing out special edition colors and not telling you how rare they are.

Need for Green was more a one year color than a special edition color. Ford launched it as a new color package for media for the regular Mustangs and they said that it was included in the price of the car, so no extra for that color choice. The next year it was replaced with Grabber Green. The green that was on the Bullitt were special edition colors, dark highland green, that belonged to a certain car package. Still one year colors are cool because in the case of Ford Performance Vehicles, that means it’s rare; however Ford makes a ton of regular Mustangs so no way to say that a PP1 in a one year color is rare without having access to Ford’s notes. I would imagine that there are a few Need to Green Mustangs of all trim levels, especially since they were hyping it as one of the new hot colors for 2019, along with Orange Fury.

Understood and personally I really like your "Need For Green" Mustang as it is an outstanding color. :like: :like:

Back in 2012 when I was in Katy, Texas and purchasing a Black 2013 Boss LS from Auto/Nation Ford I saw another very cool 2013 Boss 302 sitting in their showroom and it was a "Gotta Have It Green" Boss 302 and had a chassis number of "333".

I purchased "333" as well and not because of the terrific chassis number but because of the outstanding color of that car and today it is still my wife's favorite color of Mustang and one of my favorite colors as well.

Shortly after purchasing the 2013 Black Laguna Seca (LS185) in Texas and had just been delivered to my garage in S.C. I received a phone call from a very good Canadian friend of mine who lives in Elmira, Ontario.

During our discussions with Gord he asked me if I could help him locate a Black 2013 LS in the U.S. as the 2013 Boss 302 LS cars did not meet the daytime headlight requirements for Canada therefore it was impossible to order a 2013 LS in Canada unlike the 2012 LS cars that were available in the Great White North a year earlier.

After a couple of subsequent discussions with Gord I finally relented and sold him LS185 with only 7 miles on it as he was a great friend and also knew that LS185 was going to a terrific home.

Over the next 9 years Gord took great care of and enjoyed LS185 immensely and of course I would see Gord and his outstanding Boss 302 quite often when up in Canada.

Fast forward to just 2 weeks ago whereby Gord calls me up and says that he is retiring and was moving to Vancouver Island which meant he decided to sell LS185.

He went onto say that he listed his 2013 Black Boss 302 LS on Kijiji and within 24 hours it sold and went to a terrific young enthusiast in Bowmanville, Ontario who is now the caretaker of this outstanding Pony Car.

I then asked Gord if he did okay on his selling price after which time he said that it sold for $70,000 Canadian and had multiple interested parties at that price.

When I originally sold this car to Gord back in 2012 I sold it to him for exactly what I had in it and of course the Canadian dollar and U.S. dollar were pretty much on par back in 2012.

Great to see that a terrific and very close friend of mine not only enjoyed this very cool car for 9 years but he also did very well on the selling price and that this car went to a great new home!!

There is a thread in this forum that lists all of the HEP 350 and 350R vin #s and overall count of how many were made.

I check here every week or so to see if the certificate package changed to "2015-2020"

It is my understanding as of this morning that we will have access to the official 2020 Shelby GT350/R production numbers within the next 4 - 8 weeks!

Deluxe comes with the entire breakdown of your car. Color, and all options. Marti is just starting the newer models. They are the gold standard for Mustang. But the numbers come from Ford.

Thanks as I have never seen that website. Someone stated on the SVTP site that 3011 2020 GT350 cars were made (total). I have no clue if that number is correct.

Here is what I wrote down in my notes (more notes on R's which are included here). These may be off as well:

2015: 137
2016: 6169
2017: 6838
2018: 4378
2019: 3595
2020: 3011

Total: ~24,128
