Nope. Looks like I will just email the President again cause this is stupid. I have seen at least two other complaints about the belts being too short and PC just sticks their head in the sand saying it fits all the other cars.

I got a question also ... Vortech and Paxton look the same in the pictures , are they the same unit with a different name on them like VMP and Roush ?
Same company.

The belt they sent for my 5" pulley fit my 4.5" pulley. They spec'd out a smaller belt for my pulley change but it didn't fit...it was way too small. I never put on the 5" pulley but presumably the belt they sent would never have fit.

Agreed that whatever math they're doing is completely wrong.
What was the size? Or at least the Gates number?

I was stationed at COMPACFLT for 3 years, enjoyed it. They ever open up a race track on Oahu?
Nope. However I just bought 34 acres outside of Augusta GA as we will be moving back there after retirement. Can't wait.

Overnight here means at least 2-3 days. I will continue to experiment with sizes I guess cause I still have not found the one that works yet. However I did send an email to the address provided.

So the K080670 is at least staying on. The jack screw is over half way down though. I really think the 67.25" is the belt. We will see though. I can't get the SCTx4 to connect so I can log now. Fighting me every way it can. Lol

So I have a regular HO kit and my blower came with a 8 rib pulley :frusty: Since installation the car has not felt like it should at all so I'm hoping this is the cause. The inventory sheet says it's a 6 rib 3.85 pulley but it's clearly an 8 rib and now it has me thinking if it's even a 3.85 pulley since the car is only seeing 4psi. I'll have an update at the end of this week.

They need to fire their inventory picker.

Restart your laptop, leave the USB cord unplugged until you get Live Link open and running. Works for me, anyway.. lol

Way past that. I have a conflict on the USB port on my newest laptop. Trying to get an old XP system up now.

About at my wits end on this one.

I completely understand.. lol

I had to have SCT remote in to make Live Link work with Windows 8. Wouldn't recognize the handheld. Got it working, but it's still super buggy from time to time.

I had to go buy a new usb cable to get it to work. Actually I went through 3 of them until I found one that worked good.

Don't have that info, unfortunately...

*edit*

It looks like the belt that didn't fit was K080655. Too small for the 4.5" pulley.

Yeah well the 11 year old Dell 9200 pulled through again.

Got all my files over to Lund. Waiting now. PC said they would replace the 90 degree hose coming out of the intercooler and make up for the wrong belt. I really need to run this belt for awhile before I call it good. However it purrs like a cat now.

Hell, yes, that's great news! What did you do for the passenger side intercooler hose until then?

Tapatalk spelling errors inside!
