I'll take a pic tomorrow, I was finishing up the OPG install and wanted to get things back together, haven't hooked the hose up yet, was just eyeballing it. Probably going to work out fine. Thanks
I had to trim mine. Twice I think. It never did look right. But seems to work.

So in all I was missing a bolt for the idler pulley, two worm clamps and one of the spacers. The bolt and worm clamps not a big deal. There's a lowes 5 minutes away but the spacer man they really dropped the ball there. It also seems like it gets packaged by one person then inspected by a second pair of eyes so I don't know how they could've missed that. I used a dam socket and some washers to get the bracket in place for now. I'm hoping procharger gets me the missing piece.

FYI I had a couple of missing pieces as well until I dropped a tube and they fell out. Make sure you look in everything..

Yea I inspected everything and then went through what was in the box and they're missing from the paperwork also. I have everything bolted up so they weren't in here I was hoping that was the case.

Yea I won't have another chance to go at it after Saturday until Christmas. I emailed them from their website but haven't received a response.

You have to call them or PM the ProCharger rep here. They don't respond to those emails.

So I can't seem to find the correct bolt. One fits too small and the other too big. I'm stuck now

I feel your pain on not having what you need. I'm in the middle of my stg2 install too. So far I've been lucky and haven't been missing anything. Just an fyi though on the supercharger bracket... mine came with the idler pulley installed on the bracket, but it was not super tight and also the washer the bolt had on it was a little crooked and it was rubbing the pulley. I unbolted it, put some lock tight and centered the washer.

And I don't think trimming the thermostat radiator hose changes anything. I twisted it a little and seems to be ok.

What's up with the elbow for the supercharger discharge? Jeeze, Really? Can't they have something already cut or pre made?

I agree with you regarding trimming or having some of the tubes pre-made. They seem to think that one tune fits all but I guess every cars install is going to be different. I see you have long tubes I hope you weren't planning to use the standard tune.

On my stage 2 the trimming was slightly difficult on the discharge side of the system everything else was fairly small stuff like pcv tubing, super easy. Even though a few pieces of rubber were a PITA to trim, I sort of get why they do it because the mounting of the intercooler and how high/forward you mount it really affects the setup and allows a bit more install flexibility. The intake elbow was pre-trimmed on my stage 2, that's the one most people bitch about as far as I can tell, so that was very easy to install. The reason they can pre-trim that one I think, is because there's just one way to aim that tube and there's not a bunch of stuff daisy chained to it, just a filter.

That's good that you had everything you need. They send me the spacer and received it today. I had to remove the procharger and bracket to try and get the correct bolt. I ended up having to screw the bolt in from the front of the bracket and threading it all the way thru. It seems that it wasn't threaded all the way so I couldn't get the bolt to fit from the back. Long story short I fixed all the issues and is now up and running.

I have longtubes and I'm going to run the can tune for now. I really want to keep the nguage but I don't want to pay extra to unlock it. I don't know if to keep the xcal or the nguage.
