I have had the Procharger HO kit, with Stage two intercooler on for a couple of months. Finally made it to the dyno today with the results. First I want to say a little bit about the kit and the install.
I did the install myself in a half ass area called a single garage. Having done it once now, am confident I could do it in a day's time. I worked on it a little every day for a week after work.
The installation is really pretty easy. Follow the instructions and you are golden. One thing I can say is that the instructions are very, very good and laid out in a understandable way. I decided to add the stage ll intercooler for future needs
.
I have to give high praise to Procharger on a very solid product and installation process.

Now for the results. Overall I am very happy. I hit the number I was shooting for (barely). This first dyno sheet was on the same dyno approx 9 months ago...a little cooler air with bolt-ons. The next sheet was from today, much warmer temps with the addition of the Procharger, ID1000s, Lund Tune. This was done on a Superflow Dyno.
Bolt-Ons - 405/373
Procharged - 601/490

I will be looking forward to the numbers. There are not many people on here with manual and superchargers that have hit the track.

Looks like I will be adding a intake of some sort soon. Will keep posted on results.

Intake as in Intake Manifold? I'm considering the ProCharger now as opposed to the Paxton because of blower location and the TB situation with the GT350 IM. Are you running a D1SC with the stock pulley? Also are you running 305s on the stock PP wheels?

Just made a post on this thread http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=57307
Depending on your tuner - I'm using Lund - Jon told me centris are really limited because of the stock intake manifold - I'm exploring options now but leaning toward the GT350 intake.
I am running the P1SC on a 3.6" pulley - Stock was 3.85" - but this doesn't seem to matter much because of the intake limitations. Reason I pulley down was during my data logs the 3.85 was getting me 7.5 psi max. I went to a 3.7 and saw a max of 8.5 then went to a 3.6 and saw a max of 9.2. 9 psi is where I wanted to be so I stayed with this one.
Then I went to the dyno. Car stopped making power at 6500 rpm (7.5psi) boost continued to climb to shut off at 7250rpm (9psi) however with no gains so why rev that high or pulley down to get more boost??? Answer is don't do either. That's why I reached out to Lund. Suggested the GT350 then things really change, said the power curve will look more like a Whippled car, so obviously there are guys out there running the GT350 on boosted applications.
I am running the 305's on the AM PP replica's - 19x10's.
