Procharger dyno run

Hey guys this is my first post for mustang 6g. I recently had my car dyno tuned and something doesn't add up so I'm just looking for feed back from people running similar set ups or might have an idea of what could be happening. I have a 2015 mustang gt, with stainless works 1 7/8 long tube headers no cats and a full 3 inch corsa xtreme cat back. I also have a procharger stage 2 kit with a d1sc blower and an full return style fuel system with 1000cc injectors. And finally I have a ati dampener to finish it off. My issue is I got it tuned by a very reputable shop and it only made 588 whp on there dyno. And the shop also claimed I was peaking 15 lbs of boost on a pulley procharger rated for 10 lbs. At the moment I don't have a boost gauge installed on the car so I can't 100% confirm how much boost I was making, but the hp number seems low for what mods I have. I've seen people with smaller blowers and boost a pumps make more power. Please any suggestions or insite as to what might be happening would be of great help. And I'm not bashing the shop or anything in fact there work was top notch, but i thought for sure I'd be in the 700 hp range.

Are you on e85? Or just a return system? Which pulley? What was the DA, temp etc..? Dynojet or mustang? Have any logs? How's your clutch? Did you pull fuse 62?

Need mo info... :)

Similiar setup, except p1sc, mine made 583/477 on mustang dyno. Mines around 10-11 psi

Something definitely wrong not sure what. I have stage 2 procharger p1 with 9 psi with corsa extreme no other mods no bap with 52 injector and dyno 545 whp 467tq on dynojet hot Florida day in the 90s

What's fuse #62 for?
Disabled traction control and adv trac completely. Otherwise car acts up on the dyno with back wheels going 100+mph and fronts not moving. What size pulley and are you on E85?

93 pump gas with a full dual pump system, stock pulley that came with it (told by procharger it was a 10 pound pulley). It was on a dyno dynamics dyno. I'm not sure about the fuse but all these guys do is mustangs so I'm almost certain they would have pulled it. I don't have any logs becaUse I just picked the car up yesterday so the only driving I've done is 300 miles home and it's a stock clutch.

You can also unplug the connector on the driver's side fender well, right where the stock airbox would go. Has a small wire loop on one side of the connector. Does the same as pulling fuse.

Who installed your kit ? If its a Mustang Dyno, then maybe the numbers are a bit better. For comparison, my 11 GT500 made 700/669 on a dynojet. On a mustang dyno it made 622/600 I believe. Either way I think a second opinion is needed, or go over everything again.

I installed it myself, and it was put on a dyno dynamics dyno

it has an engine!
Dyno dynamics and mustang dynos are both load based dynos. They simulate a road much better than inertia based like dyno jets.

You'd prob be closer to 640 to 650whp on a DynoJet. Seems about right.

Like SolarFlare said, take it to the track. Don't get too caught up in the numbers, lund told me based on logs, car is definitely over 600 wheel on a dynojet. I run 11.6-11.8 leaving at idle with a 1.9-2 second 60 foot. So if I had decent tires and launched it hard, would likely be low 11's. I've run a stock hellcat and I pull away from him. 4.75" pulley and since I've switched to 3.63", although I think I shoud have went smaller. I don't notice much of a difference.
