Setup:
Corsa Xtreme Catback
Stage 1 ProCharger (3.85'' pulley)
Lund nGauge + Lund Tune
NGK 6510s
95 octane
103* AZ weather, 13% humidity.

All pulls done in 5th gear, I shut down around 7200RPMs.

The car put down a best of 540/426. First run I accidentally left the A/C on, however I thought the car just switched it off at WOT? Torque jumped up ~20 ft/lbs the next two runs. Coincidence?

Anyways, the graph.

I also datalogged all three runs to send to Lund. The Dyno guy also told me the car was running lean on all of the runs, I'd like to see what Lund thinks.

I'm chasing after 600rwhp with this setup, so I've got some more work to do. :)

I've been remote tuning with Lund for the past month. If the car was in danger I'm hoping they would have seen that.

I have a mechanical boost gauge in the car, I've seen the car at 8-9psi in the upper RPM range. Unfortunately I'm not logging it anywhere, I'd love to figure out how to get boost hooked into the nGauge.

I was just curious how the exhaust affected your boost level.

I'm bone stock (besides the Procharger H.O.) and right at 8 psi now, but I want to add some exhaust soon....

I'm no expert, but AFR's in the 12's don't strike me as being in the "danger" zone.

^low/mid 11's is more ideal.

Where was the a/f thing connected, to the tailpipe or under the car near the manifolds/x pipe? Longtubes? You'll cross 600 with more boost, good luck!

I'm between 11.0 and 11.9 at WOT. 12.5 seems a little too lean to me.

Those numbers are almost identical to mine with a lund tune and 3.85 pulley.

AFR was being measured out of the tailpipes, he had his monitor sticking in the driver side pipe.

Looking at my nGauge logs - how do I translate the recorded number to something readable? I see decimal numbers less than "1" for both AFR monitors.

Tailpiping for A/F readings will always be on the lean side compared to A/F readings directly from the wide bands. If you still have factory cats, the readings will show even more lean when tailpiped sense most of the "fuel" has been cooked off in the cats.

Seems a little low on power.

So I took a look at the data logs - looks like from 3000 - 7200 WOT, AFR was between 11.4 and 11.96. Never higher... so yea it looks like the monitor in the tailpipe was reading leaner than the car really was.

Absolutely no knock during any of my runs either.

It may be a little low on power because Lund was trying to get rid of my knock on 91 octane (garbage AZ gas), before I eventually found some 95 to put in. Maybe a tune targeting 95 will net me some better results.
