I have a 2018 GT with the Premium leather heated/cooled seats that I love. I run U.S. 129 (The Dragon) a lot and take the corners as well as I can. Something I noticed that throws me off a tad is that the seats shift maybe a half inch during each turn like a bolt is coming loose or something. Has anyone ran into this problem or have a fix for it?

Something is probably loose or broken. It's not normal for the seat to move at all. If you don't want to go to the dealer, start with the 4 bolts holding the seat to the car floor. If those are tight, remove the seat and check the slider/seat connections and the slider itself.

Well both my old premium seats, and the Recaros I traded for move about an inch at the shoulder In high G cornering (you can easily see it on film). There is just some flex in factory seats. They aren’t rigid race buckets.

they shouldn’t move at the floor bolts, or move much at the rails or seat bottom, but expect the seat back to flex a significant amount.

The parts list shows four Explorer seat bolts but the instructions never say to use them. Are the listed Explorer bolts an upgrade over the original bolts, larger flange?

I never removed the bolts when I did this. The hose and clamps 100% solved the issue for me.
