For anyone that has done this swap, we're looking for help with the throttle body. Stock GT500 TB won't work because Gen2 uses an analog signal vs a digital signal on the Gen2. We've got a Hellcat TB and have repinned it to work Ford's connector, but still no luck.

I'd say make an adapter and run a gen2 type tb.
We have done that, but obviously the size is restrictive. It's sending it into limp mode in the middle of the power band and throwing a torque code error.

That could be tune related. The engine might be making more power than the torque tables say it should.

Take a log and contact your tuner.

Thanks. It's currently being tuned and this is the issue we are running into.

If i remember correctly, the early version of the GT350 throttlebodys are analog. I remember seeing something when i had to replace the unit on my Roush blower that uses one.

That's correct, and that's what we're currently using. Sucks because the inlet to the blower is 100 mm and the TB is only 87mm.

Did you find out what it was? I'm having the same issue on mine. I think it's since I'm using a 4 wire Map sensor on the lid instead of tapping and installing a regular 2 wire brass boost sensor like most PD blower installs. Waiting on the tuner to see how he has it is in the tune.
