Put my 2016 5.0 MT82 3.55 on the dyno Friday night. Pleased with the results. I added the Power Pack 2 and have done a muffler delete. Chose the Power pack 2 because of its reported midrange boost. Seems to be legit and not just a sotp feeling i had after the install.
407hp/395tq 67 degrees and 61% humidity .
There was an s197 5.0 that made 377/365 so i feel pretty good with this.

Nice! Mine made 403 / 395 SAE with stock exhaust when I was running the PP2 kit. It's a great bang for the buck for sure.

Not bad. Did you do a baseline?
Wish I had but it didn’t happen. The car was very consistent, 2nd and 3rd runs were virtually identical too

Probably a stupid and repetitive question, is there a rule of thumb for what the manufacturer denotes as horsepower? Are they off by 40-50 hp or is it all down to conditions ? Google tells me op’s year and lake has 435 hp

That's 435 at the flywheel. A gen 2 coyote typically makes around 370 to the tire completely stock. What he has now is at the tire, so he could be around 470 or so flywheel now.

As a side note, I put the power pack 2 on my 17 with an x pipe and ford racing mufflers and long tube headers with cats. On a 93 degree day and 93 octane in the tank I got 425 to the tire. With a 15% driveline loss, that equates to around 500 flywheel

Keep in mind 407 STD is probably close to 396 SAE.
