Guess I won't be seeing this if I get a GT. 75% highway 25% city using 93 octane with 3.55 on full bolt on Ecoboost running custom tune.

This is car lifetime...including 4 autox event and a track day

Seeing as I am averaging 2000+ miles a month this could be an issue. Right now my employer pays 17c a mile and based on gas prices (93) and 18mpg I am seeing for most GT that means the 17c a mile won't cover my gas...I will be paying 3c a mile minimum out of pocket while working. Not a lot but still money long term

This is a problem for me too. I drive alot for work and what they pay me would barely cover a GTs thirst if I drove it gently. The biggest factor is I get a ration of 400 liters a month at US fuel prices. The EB gets me just by. The GT would have me buying alot of near $8 a gallon German gas every month.

Picked my new 2015 GT(Manual w/ 3.31's) non PP from Bremerhaven Port in Germany and drove it down to Vilseck Germany where I am stationed. Cruised at 75-80MPH about 75% of the drive, the other 25% was city with a few heavy traffic jams. The pic was from when I arrived home from the drive. Couldn't believe one tank of gas got me home with 22 miles remaining to empty.

Not sure to be honest, lol. I wasn't even really trying to stretch the tank out either. I actually probably could have gotten better if I cruised at 70-75MPH. Keep in mind, when driving on the autobahn here, if anyone drives slower than 80MPH, it's considered "VERY SLOW, LOL.

I filled up at a ESSO station that was about 3 miles from where I picked the car up at the Port. Pump said 98RON E05, which is equivalent to 93 octane in the states with 5% ethanol.

Is that imperial gallons?

I just drove a few hundred miles today, cruise set at 80mph except passing through a few speed trap towns, and it showed 23mpg. But mine is a PP so 3.73 gears.

Just covered a 350 mile road trip and the car did 28 miles to the gallon steady at 66mph (2k rpm) with 1000 feet elevation increase was very impressed to reach my destination with 50 miles of range left, very impressive for a 5.0l

I regularly see 28+ mpg on all highway trips at 75 mph cruise. Yesterday it touched 30.0 (indicated) before I had to turn off. GT with 3.31 axle. I'd expect 26ish for a PP GT.
