I have a stock 2015 mustang v6. it has about 7200 miles on it and it just had a fully synthetic oil change done to it at the dealer about a couple of days ago. It hurts for me to say it but i feel as if i might have engine ticking. I posted a video to get some of you guy's input on.

also I have this weird clicking noise, it sounds like something could just be shaking and hitting something. the noise is not always there, it's off and on so it doesn't really seem serious. but here is a video of it also.

Any type of input from you guys would be great.

Sounds pretty normal/minor to me.
Some injectors or valvetrain make a light ticking sound.

Really? That's a relief. Sorry if this is a stupid question but can climate change cause the things to tick louder?
Yes, colder weather makes engine tick a lot more.
I think the key is if you shut the hood and cant hear it anymore, its probbaly normal.

Its interesting. I hear it sometimes, not always. I mostly hear it from inside the car which probably is understandable since they have sound tubes coming from the engine bay. Today for example, it was a hot day and I didn't hear any ticking.

I get it too. Many threads about it and the general consensus is that it's harmless. I know on my old evo, the injectors were loud AF. I wanted to blame the noise on that, but I can tell it's not.

I know ticking, trust me.

That sound is normal. Just your lifters and belts moving. This engine isnt the "quietest" from a mechanical standpoint, but that sounds just fine.

Keep on driving!
