Engine Ticking (BBQ?) and more!

Mine has developed a loud tick, but its the v6. It sounds like a lifter as well. It was so loud my wife noticed, so that is really saying something. I just had the oil changed at the dealer and hoped it would go away, but it didn't make a difference.

No, the sound was coming from the top side and It now appears intermittent in niature.
