Poly diff lock out, partial install ok?

I bought some stock and the reamers to make these. Just haven't gotten around to doing it. Does not need CNC, any old manual lathe is fine. But $50 for the higher grade bolts and collars is not a ridiculous price. If nothing else just do the collars and the rear bolts.

That's great news!! Really looking forward to your results. I would be more than happy to pay you for a set and do some additional testing. Our track down here is open for the better part of the year as long as it is above 56 degrees and dry.

Make them 54mm long. There's room. I was holding back a bit incase there was a tab or something like on the front bushings.

I'll take 2 if you make a few.

The cost seems to be more in setup. Not material. Even companies that offer small batch want to be paid few hundred for setup

It's a simple thing to make, material is like 50 cents. The drill/reamers were like $18 each. The 'cost' is actually time. The first one will probably take 8 minutes to make. Successive ones about half that.
