Here were the boundary gears out of my old engine. Currently running Ford Cobra Jet OPG.

Mine were headed that way, but i am a worry wort and caught it. I talked to TSS and they dont make their own gears and they are in Texas and Boundary is in Texas so not sure if they make TSS gears. Only so many companies make gears the rest just have them made. TSS wouldnt say who makes theirs but he said they are made to TSS specifications. FWIW my housing was in good shape when gears went in and i have had the oil analyzed before and all was perfect. Waiting for results from my current test.

I'm glad that I went with the TSS gears. They cost a lot more, but I haven't heard one negative thing in regards to the TSS brand.

I'm glad that I went with the TSS gears. They cost a lot more, but I haven't heard one negative thing in regards to the TSS brand.

Not really that much more, i paid $436 shipped usd. Still cheaper than buying shit gears and doing the job twice, thank god i have a heated garage and i am a mekanik.

I bought mine at a non sale price. The TSS oil pump and sprocket combo was $575.00, compared to $299.00 for MMR and $328.00 for the Boundry.

I bought mine at a non sale price. The TSS oil pump and sprocket was $575.00, compared to $299.00 for MMR and $328.00 for the MMR.
No sale here $385 for opg's no crank gear and $50 for shipping usd. from L&M tss gears

what's the clearance tip/mound and shaft/ID on the Ford ones? How bad do those look when you pulled them off?

what's the clearance tip/mound and shaft/ID on the Ford ones? How bad do those look when you pulled them off?
I changed these last winter so the originals are long gone. We get 10 months of winter here and 2 months of bad snowmobiling so i only put under 3k miles on last year.

China steel strikes again. Shows they have gotten lazy on their QC monitoring.
So difficult to navigate purchases when no one will divulge where stuff is made, it should have to be stated on the package where the materials came from not just where the parts are machined.

Well thats one hell of a lot less than what i ended up with. and for the record i will know exactly when my neew pump gets here. most guys are measuring it right at .004

what do you wanna bet I can get these made locally (say min batch of 20-30) for a fraction of the ask and they'll even be case hardened and held to class 2 fit? I just need the Ford CAD.

I doubt any of these guys had anything from ford other than an original set of gears. I know you guys in the US have access to things we dont.

That's why i defaulted to the Ford Cobra Jet OPG, states they are made by the oem supplier.
