Engine temp was running fine and in fact the non digital gauge for it said it was more cold than anything even though I’d be run all day. In fact there was no check engine light or anything that went off when it started messing up. It just got an oil change but no signs of it being put on wrong.

As in the oil change was fine and the oil pressure seemed fine

I heard something about misuse but I really only did a normal acceleration to about 6.5k maybe 7.

10 quartz was put in. Same as they said.

Could be several things but it sounds like a rod to me.

If you are not tuned it should be covered under warranty. If under warranty I'd drive it till it blows up.

Since your stock you should be good. Besides an occasional pull shouldn't be considered abuse. Even if you did ford has to prove you abused the car being stock is going to make it hard to prove.

... my hazards were on because when you’re on the side on the road and your car is making a knocking noise, you usually keep your hazards on to not be impolite. If you can ignore the hazards and actually pay attention to the video and give input, that’d be great.
