Ok, so I have a roushcharger stage 2 with catch can, oil pump gears, timing chain tensioners, harmonic balancer… the car is pushing 85k miles on the odometer.

i blew out my clutch the other day while racing someone,
ever since I replaced the clutch the car has had multiple misfire codes, p0300 p0304 p0307 p0315 (I believe that was the last code)

also for a brief period immediately after I had a fuel tank unable to create vacuum but that went away.

i already took to dealerahip to do crank relearn, no change.

i replsced Spark plugs, moved coils around… still same exact cylinder 4 and 7 misfire.
can anybody help me out with this one.

also it had the p0420 code but I have changed the cat and that code is now gone.

What do you mean by blew out the clutch?
Hard to say what the problem is without more information. If you change plugs moved coils and injectors and the problem stays on 4 and 7 it’s bad signs and you need a compression test and then probably a leak down test

Compression test came out good and so did leak down…. My pressure plate failed… so I had to have it replaced.

did you ever get this sorted? Mine is doing something very similar since I did my Mantic clutch. It ran fine for about a month after the clutch job then I started getting misfire issues and occasional flashing CEL and stumbling, Bank2 shows my AFR jump to 1.3XX while bank one stays around 1.0XX. I replaced all the ignition coils, new plugs, new 18+ intake manifold with lockouts, new wideband o2 sensors. I am just at a loss.

i dealt with this during constantly shitting on clutches from mcloud 800 to their 1200 hd which is what i just pulled out of my car did you check the crank sensor on the back behind the flywheel i believe BR3Z-6C315-B gen 2 might what to hook a md2 or ford verision of it and see the reading on the crank sensor to see if the ohms are off and it might just need to be replaced i say this cause it was my issue on the second clutch when pressure plate let go at 800whp looked fine but ended up replacing it and boom also the reluctor wheel is behind the fly wheel depending if its damage it could also be a issue

I just did the crank sensor and it made no change. It was a used mantic clutch and flywheel that was in very good shape, I didnt move the reluctor wheel at all either. I am just at a loss. Car runs great in any gear at any point other than throwing a CEL on startup for misfires and getting a severe misfire in 6th below 2k rpm cruising.... only after it has reached operating temp.

Mine was getting misfire codes also. I have an automatic so not to sure on clutch stuff. But i also replaced the plugs, and swapped coils around. Was still getting codes for misfire. Its at the dealer now to do the compression and leak down. Im supposed to get news today on what was discovered. Hope you figure out your issue.

If you have a miss and you know which cylinders move the plug, coil, injector to different cylinders and see if it follows. Then you need compression and leak down test. You at least need to be able to do all these.

New plugs, New coils, good compression across the board.

Crank relearn strategy doesn't always work on first go around. Some M6G members on here have had to do a few crank relearn consecutively before it "worked".

I don’t know if you have seen the below 2 threads yet, it may offer some additional insight to the misfire question.

This thread may give some enlightenment to Ford's misfire strategies:
https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/good-tech-article-on-ford’s-misfire-strategy.108076/

Also to note, this thread contains shop manual info about diagnosing the S550 misfires:
https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/misfiring-even-after-replacing-coils.153240/#post-3124335

This thread was recent from another M6G member who had misfires after a clutch kit and flywheel install. He eventually had to replace the clutch kit/flywheel he used with another and the misfire went away. The only deduction was that there was an issue with the first clutch kit/flywheel that was causing the problem with sensor.
