The swipe at Scotch was a joke! I was stirring the bubbling caldron and cackling like you know who after being asked a question; any question...

Sooo,

thumb release on in-car holsters? Do you rub down the leather holster with Spirits for that sheen?

Tell that to the people of Japan, Singapore, Italy, Switzerland, Norway, S. Korea and others where strict gun laws correlate with extremely low murder rates.
It doesn't matter. Guns are now a part of American society. Exactly how do you propose that every single firearm and round of ammunition be accounted for, and collected?

Criminals already do not obey the laws, and certainly aren't going to willingly turn in their guns, so should the Government disarm the law abiding population, only to leave the criminals with theirs?

There is no going back - there is no situation in which American citizen's do not possess firearms. It is physically and logistically impossible.

You now have two choices. You can either hope and pray that one of these violent criminals does not target you and your family, Or, you can be prepaired if they do.

Guns have been a part of our society since before we were a Country.

If somehow the 2A was repealed and Congress passed a law banning firearms I believe only 10% would be turned in. I know mine would not.

In this case most of the population would be instant criminals. I can guess what would happen next if troops came door to door........

So will never happen

The back pockets are perfect to carry.

I do carry every day but in backpack mostly for work. I don't drive Mustang daily, have an SUV but my bag is always accessible.

I have an H&K USP .45 which is the best gun in the World to me. Has no recoil for a .45, even better than most 1911's. But, I don't daily carry it, stays in my safe for home protection.

Here is my daily Walther PK-380.

My safe home defense, H&K with tacticle light.

What's the rationale for a 380 over the vastly more common 9mm?
Smaller frame, thinner and just easier to fit in the pocket of my backpack.

My best friend who got me into Walther's has the 9MM and I shoot it all the time, fantastic. Most comfortable 9MM I've shot, just perfect for my hands. It was the reason I got the 380. Its just a smaller version of that one.
