Thank you vey much guys. So truly the best line of defense is the Jack rail. I will try to paint over the chipping the shop has done and get jacking rails. I do notice where they jacked up there are teeth marks that have damaged the flat black rocker panel. Are these rocker panels sold seperately? Its bugging me so much I might just take these off and put new ones on just to have it looking new.. Im telling you right now I will just let the car sit and NEVER take the car to get serviced or looked at ever again. If I dont paint this soon and protect it in a few years something chipped under there could look like this.

That can't be any car that was made within the last 20 years or so. When auto manufacturers started using e-coatings, it sealed the paint pretty well against rust. E-coating is very expensive to construct and maintain. I don't know of any aftermarket companies that do it.

Of course, with flood damage, all bets are off.
