I'd like to hover in the 1k wheel range. I figure a YSi, non billet, and a modest bottom end build would suffice.
a jt will get you there, i would go with the billet jt over the ysi

little more responsive down low, and doesn't drop off as much up top

What about the YSI-B vs. the JT-B? Does it still fall off up top or doesn't have the same responses down low?

brackets

I'd think the V3 kit brackets are the same as the 2200SL. Maybe a market to those Vortech guys who want to put a larger unit on but not go full retard.
The brackets are the same for the Vortech kits all the way to the JT b head unit. Just upgrade myself from the Paxton 2200SL. Got out before I tore it up.

dang wonder how long the little paxton that could will hold up like that!
His tuner has one of his own that's been over spun 22,000 rpm for 2 years now no issues...the problem is the higher rpm drop off with the 2200 sl... the jtb with its billet interiors and extra fan blade doesn't drop off, it keeps making power ...

And probably making a ton of heat. 24 # and only 900rwhp? I make more than that on 6 # less of boost with my PC. That kind of inefficiency would make me nervous.

I've pushed the D1SC as far as it can safely go. Nothing magical about my motor. Forged rotating assembly and cylinder supports. Then just E85, GT350 IM, GT350 TB.

OPG, TG, ATI balancer and a really good tune. Stock heads, cams, and valve springs. I spin the motor to 7500rpm.
