Paxton does not feel that quick

I'll try to get that in the morning. What I noticed today is that when i kind of roll onto the throttle instead of just punching it, it is much faster. When I don't roll into it, it's like it isnt going anywhere. So much to where I lost pretty bad to an Intake, x pipe, tune s197 today. however, if i roll into it, I hit full boost and would have no problems passing a car like this.

Belt slip maybe. Or boost leak.

We checked for boost leaks, but could it really be a belt problem? It's just the 3.6 pulley. It would explain the rolling into the throttle part, but not the part where it bucks when going into boost (1-3 PSI) in 4th and 5th gear at part-full throttle.

Who installed the kit? Maybe tensioned is not tight enough.

What shape is your clutch in also,my exedy clutch was all burnt up and the car bucked liked crazy,especially inbetween shifts and just getting into the throttle.

Whats the proper way to boost leak check on a paxton setup? Setup a pass through tube on the IC piping with a gauge, tighten down the clamps, and put air into the system and see if its holding?

Just check all the connections. Keep it simple. Get car on track or dyno

In that first video you can hear that Paxton working... so it's def doing something. But would def be curious to see the boost levels you are actually hitting. Heard a Paxton 5.0 the other day for the first time in person... mannnn I f-ing loved the sound of that thing. Sounds like a small jet engine. I like that sound much more than my "whine".

It sounds like a jet engine taking off every time u let out of it. Datalogging with the Ngauge. Could I even get a boost gauge sinice the Ngauge is plugged into the port?
