Oh my god that makes sense! This has stressed me out much more than it should have, the fronts were so much easier:(. So loosen bolts -> stick something inbetween the bushing hole, and the chassis hole and pry it so that its aligned, tighten them and do the same with the other side?
The subframe isn’t a noodle, you will struggle to move one ā€˜corner’ if the other three aren’t backed off enough to allow some movement / compliance :like:

Didn't think about unbolting the shocks, will do that tomorrow morning to alongside all the other advice, thank you so much!
I wouldn't bother messing with the shocks. They have enough give that they are not going to prevent aligning the subframe. I left my shocks fully bolted up during my last subframe drop and could move it around no problem supported on a jack with extension arms. You may need two jacks to support the subframe on either side of the differential. I don't recommend using the diff to hold the weight of the subframe as the diff brushings are far too soft and can tear.

Alright so just an update to this thread… i got it all back together. I did not realize that my new coilovers were tight enough to where there wouldn’t be any rotation when i was prying the subframe. Unbolted the shocks -> unbolting every other subframe bolt-> started adjusting.

I needed help from a friend. While the whole cradle was dropped I used a prybar on each side, aligning as close as i can and while my arm was pushing on the bad, i had my friend slowly jack the car up. Once the cradle was high enough I put in the front subframe bolt pretty far in, but left some room.

Thus, the other side was slightly out of alignment. But since i left a little room on the other side i was able to rotate it just enough to get it to align. I put all the bolts in and tightened it in a pattern, just to keep it all even. Torqued them down and finally off to the alignment shop, wasn’t as bad as i thought the subframe moved very easily.
