I know caster/camber plates make some increased noise due to the bushing being replaced by a spherical bearing, but I have an odd rattle coming from that area while driving over pretty smooth roads. I was wondering if this may be a symptom of something or if it is just the nature of the spherical bearing. It only occurrs on the right side of the car not the left. All advice welcome!

Installed correctly you shouldn't have any noise. I would check the strut nut is properly torqued down first, the one right on the top of the strut rod. It's not all that easy to get it torqued down. Many have had to re-torque it after installed with the weight of the car on it. Other than that, I'd check the sway bar end links are torqued down.
