Finally got my car strapped on the dyno with a new tuner after having some problems in the past. Not sure I’m 100% liking the torque numbers since it seems to be on the lower end… what do you all think? Good numbers or na?

P1X H.O. stage 2 kit - 11psi @ 8k
2018+ intake manifold
Kook long tubes w/cats and Kooks catback
Tial 50mm bov

I'd be interested to hear what you've done to the block to ready it for such numbers.

Stock Gen2 with Boundry oil pump and Boundry timing sprocket, plus Boss tensioners.

Good numbers. Wouldn’t worry too much on the fine details. My car barely hits 600wtq on a dyno.
Happy to hear that. I knew I was splitting hairs.

That is just the nature of the Centri, but you could certainly squeeze out a good bit more torque under the curve if you tune/run E85 because the tuner can get a lot more aggressive with the timing. Of course, you would need a fuel system to do that. More torque = more stress on the motor and drivetrain, so take that with a grain of salt.

Agreed. I do have a fuel system just haven’t installed it yet. I’ll be on e85 in a few months.

As an example, on my 2017, I had a P1X, Sai Li fuel system, headers and E85, and made 718 Wheel HP, and 570 Wheel torque

The ProCharger web site says:
BOLT-ON UP TO 300+ HP WITH PROCHARGER!
And you've bolted on a bit more than that, haven't you?

What was your stock power at the wheels? 380? 390?
If it was 390, you've increased it by about 85%

Are you really worried about something, or did you post this "question" to brag? 🙃

If I was going to worry about something, it might be "How long will my bottom end last, now that I reach 8000rpm this easily?"

Ok. That’s good to know. Do you remember what boost you were at or dyno you were on?

Definitely not here to brag. Again I was only questioning was considering my torque, I guess it’s nothing to care about. And that 8krpm isn’t something I’ll be near too often 😅

12 PSI on a Mustang Dyno. Not really something to compare to your results, but rather just an example of what E85 can do for torque production

Gotcha! It definitely helps, thanks.

91/92/93 octane is trash for a high compression, boosted, engine IMO. Your numbers look very solid for your combo so you should feel good IMO. As others mentioned, going to E is worth 50+ WHP on your car I’d guess.
