Its a Lund tune, not ours. Its probably grabbing the brake. Also I suppose it is worth asking how long ago you sent the ECU in for the tune? Just so we can gauge how recent of a tune you have.

See. Differing responses on how to run.Make sure to run 4th gear.
Make sure to disconnect front wheel speed sensor to disable ABS system. The 2015's consistently grab the rear brakes on the chassis dyno and its hard to tell when in the vehicle testing.
Correct but I can tell you, from our testing, that's what we do.See. Differing responses on how to run.
Same say the AdvanceTrac will kick in with braking and timing. Others say it doesn't.
Same say 5th some say 4th cause of the 1:1 or the speed limiter.
WTF? Can we all get on the same page? LOL
Not pointed at Whipple directly but this thread alone has different responses.
Roger. Maybe there needs to be a guide or a standard so we are at least all setting up the same. I know dynos vary by brand or even age. Maybe it is just my military side coming out.Correct but I can tell you, from our testing, that's what we do.
4th and 5th gear will yield nearly identical HP, but 5th shows more peak torque on Dyno Jets. 5th is 1:1 but also gets near 190mph with the 7500rpm limit which I don't feel is overly safe.
I don't care what you do with advanetrac, traction control, the ABS system is on its own module, it will at times grab the rear brake and make horrible power. The brakes will glow red. While it does not do this all the time, its simple to just disconnect the speed sensor each time you dyno and reconnect when your done, eliminates any issue.
Another note, everyone should stop measuring air fuel after the cat's, its not accurate. Either weld a bung before the cats or read the stock wide band sensors.
 i somehow forget that inbetween my postsIts a Lund tune, not ours. Its probably grabbing the brake.
We've seen advancetrac hold the brakes throughout an entire pull..Advance trac and pulling fuses doesnt matter on the dyno, within 5 seconds of the rear tires spinning with the front stationary, all those systems default and shut down. I never did any of that on the dyno.
5th gear wont work, gotta use 4th otherwise the speed limiter kicks in. Which I wonder if was his problem with limiting at 6000?
Still should have been making like 570 like he was thinking even with stopping at 6000rpm... but Lund might not tune as aggressively for 93 as the Whipple house tune.
strange... mine shuts off and lights up the dash within a few seconds on the dyno. Only dyno'd it 3 times so far, maybe 25 collective pulls... so I havent seen it all yet. Just havent encountered that. We've seen advancetrac hold the brakes throughout an entire pull..
LMFAO. I was also told Fuse 62. Now 50? Pull both?I just pull the 50A fuse. It stays out, actually.
I think Kelly said 50a for 50 amp but not 100% sure. To simplify it, just disconnect one of the front wheel speed sensors.LMFAO. I was also told Fuse 62. Now 50? Pull both?
Fuse 62 works for me. I forget what vendor told me about the one. Its a small 5 amp fuse I think. It shows everything off in my gauges as well...LMFAO. I was also told Fuse 62. Now 50? Pull both?
Manual or auto? Auto seems to do it more.strange... mine shuts off and lights up the dash within a few seconds on the dyno. Only dyno'd it 3 times so far, maybe 25 collective pulls... so I havent seen it all yet. Just havent encountered that.
His is a manual, agree auto does it far more.Manual or auto? Auto seems to do it more.
