And another 4min idle, it seems like I get different results each time I do this so I don't know what normal is supposed to look like:

Do a log with widebands and narrowbands. It goes through a cat test cycle where the widebands cycle up and down rapidly and inversely to one another. That’s when you should check the rear voltages. If they cycle like the widebands then the cats are shot.
