Not pressure or alignment. Physical damage or defect. Extremely low pressure would have triggered TPMS to warn you. 38 psi cold would only make the ride slightly harsher. 38 psi hot is typical. If you want an expert opinion stop by the Discount Tire store on Millbrook near Glenwood or any other Raleigh Discount Tire location. Those guys are pros and will give you a straight answer in my opinion. I use the Millbrook store.
I agree thats a good idea

Went in for service today, 2 July. Had the alignment checked: off by a slight amount but since it was on the rigg they aligned it within specs.

Service rep is warranting the tires as defective and I have four new tires on order. :headbang:

Glad to hear they are taking care of you.

I think I read in the manual about possible tire cracking if the car is driven in temps below 20 F. At the risk of asking dumb questions, what would one have to do, garage it and wait until warm weather, or plug in a heater and warm the garage before driving? Tires warm up after a couple of miles anyway so does this occur when first driving it? I've never had summer tires before. I'm in Texas so there's only few days here and there I would have to worry about anyway.

Crossroads Ford of Wake Forest. John is my service advisor; really great guy to work with.

Good news to hear, Crossroads in Cary always took care of me. Would have bought from them if they had the car I wanted.

Update.

Tire warranty approved. Dealership is replacing all four tires; no cost. It took a bit longer than I expected, but that's ok. The rear tires are in stock but not the front tires. I tried to get them to replace the summer tires with all seasons, but they wouldn't do it. Summers are more expensive also.

Next week I should get them installed when they are all in stock.

I have the same exact issue. No cold weather for me either. Took delivery in late April so it's always been in warm weather. I guess I should head back to my dealer to see what they say....

Did you run it up against a curb (like when parallel parking?) I've heard that the P zeroes are sensitive to stuff like that...of course if it had 50 miles when you bought it, someone who test drove it could have done that for you...;)
