Another dealer principle with a car their not supposed to have, while we are all left hanging with delivery dates being pushed back, and a serious lack of communication from Ford and their dealers.

I reckon they got the one I ordered, ha haa. There is one for sale already on the net on carsales.com.au asking $100,000.

It's 105000 that it just insane you could buy a new hsv gts but the mustang gets more attention

Just spotted a competition orange with black roof in viewbank. I have to say I was quite shocked at how good the colour looked!!

I had thought it would look quite flat and I was completely wrong. Makes a huge statement on the road. I would say that the black roof is almost mandatory for the colour

Nope I ordered race red because of all the pictures and have never owned a race red.

The orange really looked excellent. I was honesty surprised and stunned

I know where there's a nice orange one Melbnut.......on the boat with yours.... $100000 and its yours..

The colour has been around since the late sixties, comes out for a few years then retires and pops out again for another few....I loved it since I first saw it on a school mates Boss 302 in the seventies.....yeh..he was a total dropkick and somehow got himself a 70 Boss 302 as his first car....you cant buy that sort of luck...

For most of the time while we were waiting to order we were planning on Guard, although not really in love with the colour as we would have preferred a Bullitt green. Then one day the missus says "what do you think about orange?" My heart straight away said "Yes!" and I really don't know why I didn't consider it before. It's such a classic muscle car colour it was always going to suit the Mustang. We won't have the black roof but we will have stripes just like in my avatar, and black 5.0 badges. Also thinking of getting a blank decklid and getting a P51 custom badge to replace the faux gas cap. http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=33740

While we were in the states last year we drove one Guard, two Race Red and one White, and only saw fleeting glimpses of CO, but that was enough for us to know we made the right decision. Really looking forward to seeing her shine once the stripes are on and the paint correction and Opticoat is done.

I've seen a Magnetic GT driving around the Holsworthy area in Sydney a few times lately.
Drove past as he was turning in to drop his child at school on Friday or Thursday last week.

Its the same as I'm getting so I was unashamedly rubber necking like a demon at it! :hail:
