Order Date / Delivery Date Spreadsheet?

Just checked the VIN search page and build date has updated to 30th November :shrug:

I was given an estimated build date of 3rd October :( - placed order on 6th May.
Anyone else checked theirs recently?

I think you will find the VIN search page is just a catch all date meaning nothing. Do not believe anything until you see a window sticker through the research maniacs link. I will check my VIN number on ETIS and see what it says at the top.

Not sure if some need to sense check their dates. Seems some have estimated build dates before order?!

That isn't a real build date. EVERYONES has that same date. It will soon change.

noob question - but is this normal? i thought all these features were US specific?

Blend Date 3/10/16 - same as my estimated build date

Ford said that the initial demand for the 5.0 would slow down and Eco will become more popular - if the spreadsheet is anything to go on (as a kinda random snapshop of the current orders) then this doesn't seem to be the case!

I imagine the EcoBoost will become more popular amongst the guys that just wander into a showroom off the street. The sort of buyer to whom the Mustang is just another car but a bit different to the norm. The sort of buyer who will change the car out in a few years with exactly the same spec as he paid for...
This place is full of enthusiasts who will generally tend towards the full-fat Americana and even when they don't, its still more of a lifestyle choice than just a car.

Likewise, I scampered off for a look after see other order dates similar to mine have build dates. But ETIS still has the placeholder in place. Boo.

I was doing this too then remembered I told the dealership I wanted to delay till March for the 17 plate.

Apparently I'll get a build date november/december
