opening window from key?

I`ll attempt it tomorrow and Post my results.
PS: Perhaps a Canadian Spec Vehicle has different settings. Canadian DRL`s can`t be disabled and neither your Fog Lights without pulling a fuse. U.S. Spec Mustangs can disable the LED DRL`s with a click of button on the steering wheel under "Lighting/Settings". I attempt the task Tues.

Everything I've read said you can't disable the DRL's. I would love to be able to do this!

I believe for you it's the same thing. In Canada the fogs are our DRLs. The signature lighting is also on but they don't count here.

The so called "Signature" LED are the DRL`s for the U.S. Market and they can be both dis-abled as well as enabled as you choose. I personally like the look and think its an excellent safety feature allowing oncoming traffic to see your Vehicle better especially during glaring Sunshine. There have been countless POsting both for and against DRL`s in another "thread". I`d rather not start a controversy and open that dialog again here since its off-topic.

That's why I was asking. I was following that thread for a while, but quit once everyone was saying you couldn't disable them. (the signature lights)

And I agree, no need to get into the controversy here so I'll keep my opinions out of this thread.

For some reason the manual doesn't tell you that you have to unlock the car first before holding the button for 3 seconds. It just says "hold unlock button for 3 seconds", which doesn't work. The magic combination is to press unlock once, release, then hold unlock for 3 seconds.
