Only installed rear Steeda diff bushings any problem with that?

As the title says... I couldn't see to figure out how the hell to get the front ones in or that bolt out without taking apart half the car so I just did the rears. Hopefully it will just give a mild stiffening.

Not to sound like a jerk but it's not hard, I did the front and rear myself earlier today. Loosen all four 21m bolts holding the cradle to the car, put a jack under the cradle and then totally remove both of the front 21m bolts and then slowly lower the jack. With the fronts out and the rear still loose, it will allow the cradle and therefore the differential to lower enough to gain access. You may have to remove the back portion of your exhaust, I did because I'm doing more mods than just these inserts. I used the red not the black.

Aye, we did a full steeda rear suspension, bushing, sway, irs braces, springs... the works... I guess I will save the fronts for another day.

I did the same today. Seems like you had a diff bushing problem and I had a vertical link problem lol. (You commented on my thread). Can you be more specific on what you had trouble with?

Didn't seem to be any way to get them in behind the gas tank. I think it was more exhaustion than anything. We did a huge install, and hit the diff bushings 7 hours in after putting in the steeda IRS braces which have to be removed to drop the damn IRS so we kinda said fuck it...

Lowering the subframe will give you enough room to fit the bolt in. It seemed to fit easier going from the side than trying to put the bolt in from the bottom. Kind of from the side of the gas tank while its lowered. Remove the front subframe bolts and loosen the rears but leave them in. I put the jack right under the center of the rear axle to lower the whole thing evenly.

I had an issue with the fronts as well but it was because I had the car on ramps instead of jacks. Once I put it on jacks and loosened the rear 21mm bolts and removed the front 21mm bolts it gave me plenty of room to clear the tank.

Sounds like you had a day like I did...exhaust, springs, IRS bushings, brackets, spacers....dropped it off Friday morning first thing, got it back Sat night at 7:30...

Lol, Wish I had dropped it off but I probably saved a grand of install costs. It only cost me 200 bux to rent a bay (10 hours) at DIY Texas and every ounce of strength I had in me... I am hurting today...

I saw one video where they just cut that bolt in half to get it out, then replaced it with a shorter bolt (if that's the same one you're talking about).

You have to cut it if you have aftermarket half shafts. I only installed the rear so far due to not having a sawzall blade at the time of install.

Any noticable improvement just installing the rears? What torque did you do the bolts upto?
