ON3 S550 Gen2 Kit Roll call!

ON3 has recently announced via Instagram that the first batch of Gen2 kits are being shipped out. Anyone on here waiting for theirs? Really excited to see how this kit works out.

Looks good and the product description makes it sound good.

But, as is true with most things in life, do you get what you pay for? Meaning low cost = headaches when it comes to install and also longevity of the turbos?

Interested in hearing feedback from the early buyers, looks awesome in the engine bay.

Might still be worth it if you do the turbo delete option for $3500 and add the turbo of your choice ?
Some do say the precision are no better than the "Chinese built" one that come with the kit.
Not sure if that's true or not .

(Plug - I do have a pair of journal bearing 55's newlyrebuilt by precision I may let go for cheap/more than what it cost me )
When I had the the "test" kit(low mount )on my now KB car , one of turbo's failed within 500 miles.

Comes with the needed fuse box/Ecu relocation harnesses.

From the experience I have heard so far from their s197 kits are that fitting the kit does take some patience. Buddy of mine runs their s197 kit with the included 60's and is making over 1100whp and swears by their kit.

I've been told this also. Lot of guys locally running them for over 15K+ miles and not a single issue.

Definitely interested to hear some customer feedback once these start shipping.

ON3 have been around for a while now, so you would hope they have their turbo quality up to a decent standard. Seems like most people do OK with them, and most peoples main gripe is the quality of install/fitment.

I had one of their kits on my 14... was a bear to install but once it was on and all exhaust leaks fixed, it ran like a scalded ass ape.

This was 3 years ago, so I have to imagine things have improved by now.

The turbos were ROCK SOLID on my kit and the least of my worries... as were the wastegates and BOV.
