Personally I think Ultra Platinum is one of the best oils out there and you can order it online from amazon and Walmart. I also Like Amsoil but its too expensive for me.

What is PPE oil? Is that a variation of the Amsoil? I am assuming so since the video is showing how great the Amsoil in the 5w30 is. Many love the PUP (Penzoil) but it can be hard to find.

I am considering switching to the Amsoil in 5w50 after my next oil change (I have 10 quarts of Motorcraft in the garage) since it costs the same as I am paying for the Ford Motorcraft. I don't think they make the Pennzoil Euro or PUP in 5w50, or I can't find it.

Exactly, why not follow the weight on the filler cap, Motorcraft, after-all, it was specified by the FoMoCo engineers…

The motorcraft 5w50 shear-thins awfully, does not meet acea a3/b4, and the base oil can barely be called synthetic. It’ll do but there are better options.

If you're a cheapskate quaker state 5w40 euro is around $20 for 5 quarts at wal mart. Meets a3/b3. A3/b4.

I'm a penzoil platinum fan. It's just hard to find in my area. Especially, the PPE 5w40.

Also don’t rule out Walmart oil, it’s a good quality and has great specs and is around $15 a gallon.
Before you say “ Walmart oil” they don’t make it but made my a large oil company to meet certain specs

Recommendation for supercharged Stangs from Ford Performance is 5W-50. I would mimic that for turbos.

Roush recommends 5-20wt in my 5.0L supercharged 2016 Mustang!
