Has anyone removed and re-sealed their oil pressure sensor?

If so, how difficult was it. It looks tight and I really hate to trust the car to the dealer but if it’s a pain I will have them do it

Thank you

We actually had to replace mine at Willow Springs race track. My car and three others were leaking from the oil sensor unit that weekend. My friends son replaced it in about an hour. He did it from the top by taking the air intake off. Good luck!

For those that have done this before, what was the best way to get to the sensor? From up top by removing the intake system or through the opening by the front wheel (after removing the tire)?
