Big shout out to @Gearz for the design work, and @partswiz for coming up with the screw specifications from ford.

Better than the original!

The fastener is a M4.2 x 25mm size. Ford part # is a W715060-S439 and they come 4 to a bag.

This ended up taking more plastic than I anticipated to print, so the selling price will be $40 shipped without the fastener, which can be purchased from ford, Amazon, or likely your local hardware store. If enough people show interest, I’ll go ahead and bite the bullet and buy 50 of them and include it in the package.

I bought a second 3D printer to help with the 3D printed oil change parts, so I hope to be through that queue and onto printing these in about 3 weeks.

Do you know if this is the same part for a 2019 GT PP1? I am also missing this access door...

Good question, I just sent a PM to @partswiz to see if he can confirm it. Until he gets back to me. Maybe you could grab a measurement from the area where the trap door should be? Seems logical they’d use the same part if possible. Maybe someone else has the answer?

If I get an opportunity to get under the car to measure it, I will definitely let you know.

Anyone else feel like measuring yours?
Thanks for the tag. Yeah, this would be something that would be super easy to produce, but at the moment my production is booked out 6 weeks with oil funnels and filter guides.

Send me a PM. If you’re still looking in a month I’m sure we could whip something up.

Anyone else interested in a spare?
Are you still making the GT350 oil filter access doors? If so I am in need of one, thx.

Just replied. We’re back up and running. Currently the printing queue is about a month long, but as least both printers are running again.

I thought I read somewhere that the Mach 1 door was a slightly different size than the GT350? My Mach 1 door was warped at delivery and I didn't want the dealer replacing the entire belly pan just to replace the defective door so I straightened it with a heat gun. I'd be interested in a spare door if a Mach 1 version is available.

The Mach 1 door is in fact larger than the gt350 and gt500 door. All of the M1 doors are warped from the factory interestingly.

I straightened my door out with adding a steel strap to the width L to R on the inside of the door .
