Found a video on CJ Pony Parts. The GT is way different.

Exactly that’s 100% how it’s set up on the 5.0...
guess the 5.2 motor is different and engineers couldn’t design it that way. Could also explain some of the oil issues the car has.

Latest update for you all who put in orders for the door. The OEM equivalent mounting hardware just arrived this evening. I owe the filter door manufacturer a call tomorrow to follow up on the production & will share any new/exciting new should there be any.

Here is the final version of the oil filter access panel door. You'll note that it is actually a higher quality piece than the factory panel. Fit is to OEM spec & I'm really happy with how these came out.

Just received mine yesterday and it looks great! Hope to not ever need it, but seems like something that would be hard to come by in the future. Thanks for championing this effort.
