Oil Consumption Getting Better as Miles Pile up??

I have 17k miles on my 2017 GT350. My records show that in the first 10k miles my oil consumption was about 1 quart every 2k miles. But in the last 4,500 miles my records show that I have used less than a quart of oil (maybe about 12 oz) and I have cleared about 4 oz from the passenger catch can. So maybe only 8 oz in 4,500 miles, if you subtract the catch can oil.

Have any of you other GT350 owners see oil consumption get better as the car puts on some miles?

I noticed the same in my previous cars. One was turbocharged and other supercharged.
