What are we nitpicking because I guesstimated instead of taking the time out of my day to do perfect math? You wrote, "yeah I'd expect it to be faster for like 20K more. Its a 50% price difference." See it?? Lol

Funny you're impressed a 65K+ car is faster than a 37K car.You wrote, "yeah I'd expect it to be faster for like 20K more. Its a 50% price difference." See it?? Lol
Its funny he does not realize he is a troll (at least as far as the GT350 is concerned) fascinating.
So a fiesta ST vs a Ford GT is fair? Lol maybe every car should get a trophynot fair comparing GT to a GT350R. GT350R has SC2. tires are the biggest factor on tires. put the GT on winter tires, I bet it will get destroyed by every car.
No one's ever said the R wasn't faster than a base auto GT. Are you also impressed the Focus RS is faster than a Focus ST or Titanium?Nevermind. My point stands. The GT350R is most certainly 20k more car if not more over the GT regardless of options. Proof is in the pudding.
Nah! What is impressive is the GT350R is on par with 200k cars like the GT3Funny you're impressed a 65K+ car is faster than a 37K car.
I assume weight, maybe gearing?Interesting to see the race GT pulling and passing the street GT on the straight when the street version GT has 100 more horsepower.
I didn't realize they were that different, but obviously there is something.
Ford GT, GT350R, GT (1:50.02, 1:58.14 , 2:08.19)Looks like just a base GT. So... yeah I'd expect it to be faster for like 20K more. Its a 50% price difference.
Aside from the fact your prices are wrong, and I never mentioned the Ford GT you still havent told me that somehow being amazed that a cheaper car is not as fast as a more expensive one.Ford GT, GT350R, GT (1:50.02, 1:58.14 , 2:08.19)
Ford GT, GT350R, GT ($400,000, $63,000 , $35,000)
Look at the above if you cant see the problem with your statement then there is really no reason to try and engage you in a rational discussion.
To be fair I'd honestly wonder if the GT3 is over priced at that point. The hard part is that it's easy to put a price on build items, but not as easy to put a price on the engineering time.Nah! What is impressive is the GT350R is on par with 200k cars like the GT3
It's less likely that the GT350 is really a 200K car for 65k, and more likely the GT3 is an over priced car at 200K. Can't argue the R is a great deal. If I was a GT3 owner and I had a 65K car off the showroom running on the track with me and putting down similar times, I'd be PISSED.
So if you guys notice this is a British video. That means the Mustang GT is a Performance Pack car with 10 Spd. They have the PP standard in the EU.Was this ever in doubt especially against a what looks like non PP GT?
The black one is actually a Focus ST. They typed it wrong. That was a really cool video.
What I found odd though was the they were all Ford Performance Vehicles except the Mustang GT, they had two Fiesta ST's but no Focus ST
