Sync 3.4 Discrepancies

I just took delivery on my 2022 M1 and was configuring the radio when I noticed that it was different from my 2022 Bronco Sport, also with Sync 3.4. First, the Mach 1 has only 18 radio presets (3 pages of 6 each) The Bronco Sport has 30 presets (6 pages of 5 each). I confirmed that both vehicles have the same current version 3.4.

Also, when I use the steering wheel radio controls on the Sport, I can scroll through all 30 pre-sets. On the M1 I can only scroll through 1 page of 6 presets and it resets to 1st preset. I have to manually touch the screen to select pages 2 & 3.

Am I missing something here?

I have a 2019 Mustang and was leasing a 2019 MKC. Both had Sync 3.4 but there were differences between the vehicles. Because each vehicle has different features and capabilities Ford needs to fine tune Sync for each vehicle. Also design wise the Mustang is an older design than the Bronco Sport with different hardware based on screen placement.
