Nope they just pulled off. They came off pretty easy except where my spoiler is

Ahhhhhhhh... I see how it works. You can remove them by hand, but you have to have it on a lift...!!!

I don't have a lift, so my side stripes are going to have to stay on.

When are we going to see an MGW shifter for the Mach 1?! And more importantly does your friend need another Mach 1, you know, for testing purposes?

I think George has a "testing purposes" assistance plan in place but I'll let him know in case he needs a backup.

I finally had the stripes taken off. It was one of the things I hated about the car. Also changed the wheels and exhaust

Sorry. Thumbs down for me. Looks like a GT with aftermarket GT 350 bumper and just another set of aftermarket rims. . Gotta go with track pac rims and wickerbill spoiler on the Mach 1 also. I wouldn’t change nothing Ford did.

My opinion is they should have the option to delete but for those that wanted there should be more color options vs white and red unless you get appearance package for orange. It is a clean look but when mine arrives I’ll end up keeping mine for my own preference.

Do you just do it with a heat gun? I don't think my dealer will do it so I may have to do myself. Have a 2022 Mach 1 FJG with Handling package.

A hair dryer will do, less likely to affect the paint. On a new car they often will pull off with no heat at all, assuming a reasonable ambient temp.

Thank you. Also curious about the red calipers on the de-striped Iconic with the CF hood. I was just on the Ford Mustang configurator and it seems the Iconic comes with black painted calipers. Is that a mistake on the Configurator or did someone paint the calipers on this Iconic silver car with the CF Hood?

Lastly, I am in the de-striped camp. Will likely de-stripe either the Iconic or the FJG. Just can't make up my mind. Not sure I love the orange calipers that come with the FJG handling package. If the Iconic comes with red calipers that may push me in that direction. Love both but need to decide!
