I’ve always liked the clean look of the Bullitt and the only thing I don’t like about the M1 are the stripes. Knowing how easy they can be removed makes a new purchase decision much easier for me. Now for spoiler delete?
I agree. The Mach 1 grill is better looking. I would prefer a spoiler delete as well. I would replace it with the Roush spoiler I currently have on my 2015 Ecoboost.

I swapped out my M1 grill for the Anderson carbon fiber one...

You don't want a rear spoiler?
A small lip is fine for me but certainly has little effect? The “whale tails” as we use to call them spend most their life on street cars just causing drag. Certainly have their place when going full boogie on a track though.

Not possible, there's holes in the trunk. What makes you not want the spoiler? Not a track guy? Why get Mach 1 then, when you don't need aero or track endurance, don't like stripes and spoiler? 😁 Cheaper to get GT and adjust suspension a bit.
I like the transmission, suspension and coolers of the M1 but I want it to look like this:

I'm with you to a point, I love the BHG Bright Highland Green of the '19-'20 Bullitt, and it looks really good without any spoiler, but...I don't like the chrome trim, red calipers, fake gas cap, ugly wheels, and miss the grill pony. I totally understand the love of the Bullitt. If it came with an automatic, I would probably be driving one instead of my Eruption Green Mach1 A/10 HP. My waiting for a dark green Mustang GT with an automatic paid off, and included all the extra parts and features of the M1.
