First time posting here and have done tons of research and still couldn't identify the issue. Badly needs help

I keep getting a P0430 – Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2) code. I replaced the downstream O2 sensor hoping that would fix the issue, but unfortunately, the code still comes back. I also replaced the spark plugs and tried Cataclean, but neither made a difference. I’ve cleared the code multiple times, but it usually comes back after a couple of days.

I previously had P0300, P0306, and P0316 misfire codes, but they were inactive and have never returned.

I ordered a smoke testing kit and plan to check for any possible exhaust leaks. When monitoring the car with FORScan, I noticed that the Bank 2 downstream O2 sensor occasionally dips down to around 0.1V and then slowly climbs back up to a stable range around 0.7V. I’m not sure if this behavior is normal or if it could be related to the P0430.

I’m having a hard time figuring out what’s causing this, so I’m hoping someone here has experienced something similar.

The engine-related modifications on my car are:

* JLT CAI with a tune
* Driver-side oil catch can
* Passenger-side oil catch can

I’m also wondering if the catch cans or their connections could be causing a vacuum leak and potentially triggering the P0430.

Interestingly, this issue started around the same time I switched to 93-octane fuel, so I’m also wondering if that could somehow be related.

I can't get the emission warranty as i have voided my warranty by installing a CAI with tune, unfortunately, i have to fix this myself.

Any advice or suggestions on what I should check next would be greatly appreciated!
