A few questions if you'd all be so kind:

I see threads with install instructions all the time, but how are these guys picking which IM to go with? The three I'm looking at of course would be Boss 302, Cobra Jet, and GT350. Is the difference between Boss 302 and GT350 noticeable enough to justify 2x the cost?

Can I use any CAI with just any IM or would I have to get something that pairs (Ala Cobra Jet)?

I see IMs being marketed as an N/A application, any issues doing FI later down the road?

Also, is there any other building that is necessary to the stock engine to prepare for a new IM or are all the packages and recommendations just upselling on the vendor's part? Throttle body, CAI, etc.

For reference, my only power mods are Steeda CAI, Lund tune, and MagnaFlow 19101 Catback. The reason I am considering IM before full exhaust is that I live in a 3 story complex and the MagnaFlow causes quite an echo when I leave at 6am every day hahah. Thanks guys!

What are your plans for the car, im talking long term
I want an autocrosser primarily, but something that will still hold its own once in a while on the drag strip. I'm not into drag racing as it just seems so expensive with staggered drag radials and the maintenance associated with dropping clutches/poweshifting and constantly pushing redline.

The car is my DD currently, but will become a weekend warrior/track toy once I build my Triumph TR6. I am looking to settle around 700rwhp running FI (probably Whipple).

With that said id look at long tubes, only because youre planning on a whipple, so the intake manifold would be a waste of your money....or maybe the cat deletes
