I notice ZERO nvh with my MGW. There is no more vibration on the knob than any other trans mounted shifter of years past and no noise whatsoever.

Order the MGW from George to ensure you get the smaller version with the centered lever. It'll give you time to get the spring and order the fluid too.
ahhh decisions!! Okay, if blowfish doesnt do that much, kind of like a bandaid, then i'll go with MGW for a full swap. you experience any walking issues? shifter moving under load? Also is George the contact at MGW?

I like to disassemble things.
George is the owner.

You won't find any other shifter where the owner of the company also does the design work, the CNC machine programming, testing, installations, and shows up on various forums to answer questions about his product line. You won't go wrong in choosing an MGW shifter for your car.

The BF bracket does a lot actually. MUCH better feel and has improved the shift performance/smoothness (nibble reduction).

The MGW shifter will most certainly be moving under load as it is connected directly to the transmission. There is more V in the NVH equation vs OEM shifter.

But you'll love it if you are a "one with the machine" sports car guy. They make Camry's for the other people.

Agreed, i feel like he's built a pretty stand up company. just wasnt sure why people would go steeda over MGW other than the walking effect or whatever. TY for the suggestion.

Yea i heard a lot of good things about the blowfish bracket. Did you install yourself? I was going to try that out, someoen is asking for $200 shipped, think thats fair? i was hoping lower but idk. at $200, you're 1/3 of the way to a MGW, it seems like you are a fan of going straight to MGW hahah

MGW is a superb solution. Installed the BF yes. About 30 min. On a lift and with a resonator delete (more elbow room under there). Easy install and no interior trim removal stuff. I wanted to run factory shifter for a while from a warranty perspective. If I ever upgrade it will be MGW.

I think 200 seems okay if a little high. But the thing is a tank and basically indestructible. It should work just like a new one.

I appreciate the feedback. I may try to get it a little less, and just pay using my "free cash" per paycheck on the blowfish. start a savings for the MGW, didnt even think of the warranty problem. If you say BF is a big difference, i'm in. Then will do MGW in 1 year.

Forgive me but how does the BG fluid, mgw, steeda shifters work as far as warranty. I have a feeling I will be using the warranty often.
