Noisy 3rd Gear?

Does anyone else hear grinding noise when they are in 3rd gear?

I don't hear all the time but when I do it will go away when I move the stick slightly back or forward. Non of the other gears make this noise.

That doesn't sound right even considering how bad this transmission/shifter is. Perhaps you can have a co-pilot film the issue for us to better help.
