Yup. Actually, it was less expensive to simply sand bag the O E deck panel and buy the Ford Performance replacement. Swapped panels at the same time as I replaced the taillights. One and done !

I'm thinking very seriously of buy the Cervini GT500 hood and either tweaking the hood decal to fit over/around it, or leaving it off. A while putting the stock hood away for safe keeping.

still waiting on car but leaning towards center hood stripe delete, leaving side alone.
I think the hood stripe makes the car look higher and less wide and flat. I like @pappagrey .
I ordered same white too.

I think you made a good decision.
If I were looking for a used Mach 1, a M1 with the stripes would appeal to me more than a M1 without. Wouldn't be the deciding factor, but something else to consider.

Also a 2018+ blank decklid was put on right? did it to save the Mach 1 decklid? the Mach 1 seems to go back to the nice 15+ decklid without side indentations, but I bet its too risky to debadge the mach 1 emblem off one?

My "Mach 1" was taken off and put on a carbon fiber decklid. The factory just glued it on.

I'm not a big fan of the Mach 1 hood decal but like the lower stripe on the side, too.

is the rear emblem all adhesive mounted? how was removing it. i need to pull mine off to clean up that horrible piano black panel.

**edit - i see in the thread it is only adhesive.
